And then, the weak servant Qasim bin Qatlubugha al-Hanafi says, based on the remembrance of our Sheikh the Imam... Shihab al-Din Ahmad bin Ali bin Abdul Qadir bin Muhammad al-Maqrizi, may God have mercy on him. I saw many biographies of the Hanafi imams in them, so I liked to attach to each name whatever biographies I could.
