Notes	A precious copy. Written on term paper. It was written in good naskh script and in black ink, and the titles were in thuluth script and in gold ink. The book is a brief, mixed explanation. The author is a great companion, scholar and jurist. He was born in Mecca in the year 3 before the Hijra/619 AD. He grew up there as a companion of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and narrated hadiths. He lived in Taif and died there. It has a chain of transmission in the hadith, and fatwas collected by Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin Musa bin Yaqoub bin Commander of the Faithful Al-Ma’mun.
Sample Text	In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and in Him we seek help. May God’s prayers and peace be upon the best of His creation, Muhammad and his entire family. He said: Abu Abdullah informed us... on the authority of Muhammad bin Marwan Al-Kalbi, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said:
