Next to them is written in a fine handwriting different from that of the text: Its writer is the poor Omar in the month of Muharram in the year 29, and perhaps it is the year 29 after the millennium, and God knows best. This does not appear to be the handwriting of the copyist, but rather it appears that he is one of the owners of the copy.
Sample Text	As for what follows, you asked me, may God guide you well, to compile for you a brief book on the doctrines of the seven reciters in the regions, may God have mercy on them, to make it easier for you to memorize, and to make its lesson easier for you, and to include narrations and methods that became famous and widespread among the following, and authentic and proven among the leading imams of the past, so I answered you to what you asked, so I worked myself in classifying what you wanted in the way you wanted.
