When I saw the infidels taking over our lands, breaking the covenant that had been signed between them and our sultan, and their coming out with the army that was devastated on both sides against us, with tricks and deceptions out of tyranny and disbelief, besieging the two of our fortresses, and our homes were barren of the soldiers and the leaders.
