This book is an edit and abbreviation of the book Mabiani al-Tanzeel by Abu al-Hasan Ali bin Muhammad bin Ali al-Adebi al-Omrani, and it is built on three sections: The first: On the names and their plurals. Second: In actions and their consequences. Third: In letters and their creations. The script is old and valuable, as its copying date was at the beginning of the eighth century AH, according to the history of the scribe, but it is not mentioned in Kashf al-Dhunoun, and therefore we cannot determine its author.
