Praise be to God, praise be to Him that matches His blessings... When some of the rulings on lands became suspicious and many questions were raised about them, I wanted to collect the applicable royal laws so that the hidden conditions would become clear, and I would edit out the issues that branch out from them so that the ambiguities would be removed.
