I mentioned this card in the previous index. The book is one of the manuscripts of the tenth century AH. The chapters, names of the surahs, and the heads of poverty are written in red ink and in a larger script. On the first sheet (A) is the title of the book, then a purchase entry in the name of Muhammad Abi Al-Saadat Al-Dajjani, Mufti of Jaffa, dated 1319 AH, and on the first sheet - B - a table with the names of the ten reciters and their twenty narrators. On the second sheet - A - A supplication attributed to Sheikh Muhammad bin Ali Ibn Hakim Al-Tirmidhi.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. This is a book in which I remind readers of the Hijaz, the Levant, and Iraq, and explain their differences in hamzah and taliyin, tilting and tafkhim, extending and shortening, affirming and deleting, beginning and stopping, and other letters about which there is disagreement... The first of them is Abu Jaafar Yazid ibn al-Qaqa’ al-Madani.
