The first chapter is about faith. On the authority of Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with them both, while we were with the Prophet, peace be upon him, when a man appeared before us. The meaning is that between the times we sat with the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, suddenly a man appeared before us, and he was Gabriel, peace be upon him
