Notes The author’s answer to what was taken from the people of the people of the Dhimmah living in Al-Quds Al-Sharif at the time of the Islamic conquest of it, such as wax, sugar, cloth, and money. It has been customary that whoever dies from among those who have a custom receives it from his heir after him. So, since these customs were imposed on them at the time of the conquest and they were satisfied with them, he should not change them?

I received a question at the beginning of Jumada al-Awwal of the fourteen months of the year one hundred and one thousand from some of my loved ones living in Bayt al-Maqdis, and he asked us to answer it and write about it.
