The type of paper is European, its label: Vittorio. Al-Baghdadi mentioned this letter in Idhāt al-Maknūn, vol. 2, p. 626. A second copy of it is in this library, No. 6 (2), collections, and another copy is in the Central Library at Umm al-Qura University in Mecca, No. 403/4, and a copy is in the Ibn Abbas Library in Taif, No. 4/148. As a case: Dictionary of Authors 3: 88, he mentioned it under the title “Help is not shortening the prayer on the road to Jeddah.”

Praise be to God, the guide to the path of righteousness... As for what follows, he says... Taj al-Din bin Ahmad bin Sheikh Ibrahim al-Dahan: This is a letter that has been edited and a meaning that has been developed, including the obligation of fulfilling the quadruple obligation for the one who is going from Mecca to Jeddah.
