The book was owned by Hajj Mustafa Al-Qadi, and its ownership record bears his seal. The pages of all letters are framed in red, and their texts are all annotated. The message lines look different from one another. On the title page there is a phrase in Turkish that means: The value of 35 monetary units.

Muhammad bin Ahmad, the grandson of Sheikh Karim Al-Din Al-Khalouti [this word is obscured, and it is most likely that it is Al-Khalouti]... A group... asked me to write a message related to the Almighty’s saying in Surat Al-Anfal: “And prepare against them what you are able of strength and of steeds of horses.”
