And then: When the righteous brother asked me... to compile a book for him, with chapters in it, and mention in it what is obligatory upon the rulers of the country and the guides of the people... I responded to what he asked me about in a summary that was sufficient for him... and I labeled it: “The Hirawi Remembrance in Military Ploys.”
