Notification of the deaths of figures. For each year of the Hijra, he mentions the brief names of notable figures who died there, but he does not mention everyone mentioned by Ibn Khallikan, adding to it and adding to his history of Islamic countries, and he does not mention everyone he mentioned in it. It reviewed the deaths from the first year of the Hijra to the year 740. Since the copy was written in the year 735, no additions were mentioned after this year. He may mention the day or month in which one of those he mentioned died, or he may mention his age, or he may mention that a person died in this year (with a succession), that is, historians differ on that. In the beginning of the book, he mentioned invasions and conquests.

Praise be to God, the greatest and ultimate praise, and prayers and peace be upon Muhammad, His Prophet and His Chosen One. This is the memory of the Hafiz in the deaths of notable figures, such as the first year of the Hijra, the two Naqyan Asaad bin Zurarah and Al-Baraa bin Ma’rur.
