Notes
This is a footnote to Muhammad al-Sanusi’s explanation of the introduction to Umm al-Barahin fi al-Aqeed, compiled by al-Dasouki on Ramadan 15 of the year 1226 AH. The copyist wrote it in black ink in general, and in drawing warning lines on some of the annotated text. He left a number of places in white, and used red ink to write only the word: “his saying,” within tables colored in red ink. Its copies: Our copy is described in its three parts in the Aligarh Index 190-180/2 descriptive catalog with the same preservation numbers. See: Brockelmann 2/251 and its appendix 2/353, 3/(459)1287.
