It is an explanation of the book Tanwir al-Absar wa Jami’ al-Bahar, in al-Furu’, by Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Ahmad Tamrash al-Ghazi al-Hanafi (who died in the year 1004 AH), in which he collected the issues of approved texts to help those who were afflicted with judgment and fatwas, and he finished writing it in Muharram al-Haram in the year 995 AH.
