In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, we ask Him for help: Delegation is an authorization, ownership, and choice. He, may God have mercy on him, made delegation like a type, under which three types fall under it. It is said: delegate the matter to him if he returns it to him, and this extent is shared by the mentioned types, except that the agent does it by deputizing on behalf of the one who delegated it.
