Notes
The text was generally written in black ink, and the copyist marked the annotated text with the warning lines in black ink. He used red ink to write “m” to indicate the text and “sh” to indicate the explanation, and two leaves were attached to the end of it that were not from the book. Copies: One copy is in the Habib Kanj Collection and two copies are in the Mecca Library 9, 10 originals and two copies are in the King Saud University Library, six copies are in the Al-Marashi Al-Najafi Library in Qom, another is in Jester Beatty, and see Brockelmann about their copies in the various safes.

(Praise be to God Almighty, first, second, and after) The servant who supplicates to God with the strongest pretext, Ubayd Allah bin Masoud bin Taj Al-Sharia, his grandfather was pleased and his grandfather succeeded. He says, “When God Almighty enabled me to write the book Taqih Al-Usul, I wanted to explain its problems and open its closures, refraining from explaining the areas that those who did not solve it without redundancy.”
