Someone commented on the title page: From the words of Al-Humaidi, may God be pleased with him: Meeting people is of no benefit *** except nonsense from gossip and talk, and I rarely meet people *** except to gain knowledge or improve the situation. A photocopy with scans of a handwritten copy is in the treasury of Qasim Muhammad al-Rajab in Baghdad. See: Catalog of Arabic manuscripts in the treasury of Qasim Muhammad al-Rajab in Baghdad. 1:23; No. 152/12 groups).
Sample Text
Basmala... Al-Hamdala... As for what follows: These are restrictions on his saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “Every building that spoils its owner except a mosque.” I collected it from Al-Jami’ Al-Saghir and its explanation by Al-Manawi, from Al-Mughni, and from the books of Al-Mu’tabarin. May God benefit from it as He benefited from its origin
