Notes
It was written by the footnote of Mir Abi al-Fath Muhammad bin Amin al-Saidi al-Ardabili (d. 976 AH) based on Muhammad al-Hanafi al-Tabrizi’s explanation (d. 900 AH) of the treatise (Etiquette of Research) by Adud al-Din al-Iji, and I have presented it. The date of the author’s death was mentioned by Brockelmann, and in the Mosul manuscripts of Chalabi there are 162 copies dated 1097 AH, and this may be the date of their composition. The name of its author has been transcribed in some indexes to Al-Hilli.
