The first part is missing, even the word “Forbidden,” compared to the printed version. And on the paper: 1a, what it says: “The second part of Al-Mufradat Al-Diya’i Ahmad Ibn Al-Bitar Al-Maliki Al-Ashab, written in his own handwriting by the poor and despicable Muhammad Ibn Qadi Al-Muttabb in Al-Quds Al-Sharif in the month of Dhul-Hijjah in the year 759.” At the end are some papers on medicine from folio 277 to folio 300, taken from a book called “Al-Minhaj fi al-Tibb,” which is about herbal treatment. It was likely copied in the 11th century AH, in Naskh script.
