First and second. An amount of one sheet of paper was paid from the beginning, and an amount of one sheet of paper was paid from the end. Perhaps that is the reason for not mentioning the copyist and the date of copying. The manuscript is estimated to be at least 600 years old, as Al-Hadi is at the beginning of the third hundred years of the Hijra. The chapters are in large black pen and some sayings, and at the end are poetic verses from the Shafi’is in support of the caliphate of Abu Bakr, Omar and Othman and a response to it in a poem by Imam Al-Mutahhar bin Muhammad bin Al-Mutahhar bin Yahya from folios 189-190, and in folio 191 are jurisprudential benefits.

After basmalah and asking for help, Abu Al-Hassan Ali bin Al-Hussein bin Ahmed bin Abi Harisa, may God have mercy and be pleased with him, said: Praise be to God with all His praises, and praise be to Him with His praises and virtues, and blessings be upon His Chosen Messenger and his pious family.
