A dissertation arranged by the author into an introduction and two chapters surrounding evidence, in which he relied on some language books and readings. The author was born in Egypt at the beginning of Dhul-Qi'dah in the year 920 AH/1514 AD. He is a jurist, hadith scholar, and linguist, and is involved in some sciences. Among his works: A footnote to Al-Qamoos Al-Muhit by Al-Fayrouzabadi, who excels in clear pronunciation in hadith, a commentary on Ibn Nujaym’s similarities and analogues in Hanafi jurisprudence and others (Dictionary of Authors 7/195, Hadiyat Al-Arifin 1/750).
