(After the basmalah and the prayer): The answer is that I did not agree on who should do that, except that if the reciter starts first and recites, then he does not lead the worshipers.. Now he starts the prayer alongside him.. The ruling on reciting the prayer is the ruling on a squealing voice, so the one praying is sinning by doing so.
