Notes It is believed that the book is in the author’s handwriting, and it is believed that he followed it with another book that is not available to us. It is also believed that the subject was translated from some foreign book. As for the author, the indexer did not find a translation for him except in a case in the dictionary of authors. Perhaps this was inferred from the Dhahiriyya manuscripts. The book is divided into several chapters in which the author (the translator) talks about the signs in children, then about the structure of children, “facies - the face - redness of the skin in whooping cough - pneumonia - formation of the skin - jaundice And yellowing of the skin - diphtheria - meningism - dropsy - cerebral and facial appearance - in these diseases, then about diseases of the abdomen and heart - then about the appearance of the face in syphilis - and swine disease, then he talks about the appearance of the eyes in cases of disease, then he talks about screaming children - then about various medical and pathological topics, all of which are related to the condition of the child in general. The topic consists of eleven chapters, and the book ends with the title of the third section on the weight of newborns in days, and the topic is not finished. Because the author continues his talk without interruption.
