In reference to the ethnic sequence, except for him (la)... the singular by the quality (ta) the wise (ta). Except for those who read that religion is based on the opening of the exchange. Because among them (i) is to make a ruling that is not specific to what came before it. And whoever follows (t) to begin a matter that includes the People of the Book and the Arabs, and the first is specific to the People of the Book, so the second is not among the general penalty of the condition.
