المجموع بحال سيئة، اضطربت رسائله، وخرمت أوائل أكثرها وأواخره، وبعض هذه الرسائل تفرقت أوراقه في مواضع عدة، مثل (4 و13 و17 و18) وأكثرها أيضاً غفل من العنوان واسم المؤلف، كما تحرقت أطراف عدد من الأوراق وبخاصة أوراق الرسالة رقم (17).
