Praise be to God who has graciously taught us the rulings... And then the one who lacks God in secret and in public, Abu Al-Ikhlas, Hasan Al-Sharnabulali Al-Hanafi, says... I called it “the precious pearl in the oath,” when a question came about Zayd from such-and-such a town. He claimed against the judge of that town that he had taken from him an amount of such-and-such amount unjustly. The judge denied it and the plaintiff had no proof. Does he have the judge’s oath or not? And I answered by saying: Yes to him. The judge swore to deny the taking completely
