Notes
Muhammad Al-Tamirashi (a student of Ibn Nujaym) rearranged the fatwas of his sheikh, and it is mentioned that these fatwas were collected by his son after the death of his father (Ibn Nujaym). Al-Tamirashi rearranged them in a smooth and easy-to-use format, especially for judges, as he arranged them based on topics, and in the form of questions and answers. The first of them is a record of the birth of a child to Ibrahim Adham bin Muhammad Taher Al-Khalidi, d. 3 Dhul-Qa’dah in the year 1313 AH at night, and the name of this child is Mahmoud Shawkat Al-Khalidi, on the 29th of Muharram in the year 1286 AH.
