Notes He is Majd al-Din al-Hajj Kak Mullah Abd al-Rahman al-Jali ibn Mulla Abdullah, known as (Kaki Jahli), the son of Mullah Muhammad al-Shiwashani, nicknamed Mullah Zadeh ibn Ibrahim ibn Mullah Hassan ibn Mullah Ibrahim ibn Mullah Hassan ibn Mullah Abi Bakr, known as (Hajji Ka-Zu). The translator had his first academic upbringing in the village of Jali, where he carried out his religious and teaching duties. When Abd al-Rahman Pasha al-Babani, the ruler of Ayala Sulaymaniyah, built a mosque and a school for him in Kuysanjaq, he moved to work with teaching, fatwas, and charitable matters for the religion and the nation until God Almighty passed away in the year 1217 AH, as found in the handwriting of his son, Hajj Mulla Abdullah Ibn al-Jali. He has footnotes and comments on the following books: 1 - Sharh Al-Jami fi Grammar. 2- Abdullah Yazdi’s footnote in logic. 3- Kamal’s book on morphology. 4- Jalal’s book on logic. 5- Explanation of Nasfi doctrines. 6- The lengthy one in rhetoric. 7- Al-Mukhtasar fi Rhetoric. 8 - Collecting mosques. 9 - A brief explanation of Al-Muntaha. 10 - Al-Baydawi’s curriculum in the principles of jurisprudence. 11 - Explanation of Shamael. 12 - Explanation of the forty. 13 - Footnotes on Manah al-Makkiyyah, explaining al-Hamziyyah. 14 - His footnote on the forms of incorporation. 15 - His footnote to Sharh Al-Jaghmini. 16 - He has a treatise on proving what is obligatory and he has an explanation of Ali Al-Farid in Al-Bayan named by Samah Al-Khadim on the analysis of the words of Abu Al-Qasim. 17 - He has an explanation of the summary of the account, which is this explanation. See the introduction to the book Al-Masool fi Ilm al-Usul, written by Mulla Muhammad al-Jali, edited by Abd al-Razzaq Bimar, and Our Scholars in the Service of Science and Religion, pp. 267-268.
