Jumada al-Awwal in the year 1324 began with a man who said: I vowed to God Almighty that if I returned, or placed something praiseworthy with me, my shop and all that I owned would be an endowment for our master Yahya, peace be upon him. Would that be invalid in this case? What is the legal ruling on that if he returns it in this situation?
