Notes	She has an interview in the year 1155 AH. The author mentions in the introduction to the letter that a great torrent in the Mosque of Mecca uprooted the stones and brought down the mercy gutter and the stones that were placed on it. When news of this reached the Minister Muhammad Pasha, he was concerned about this and gathered the scholars to see what they agreed upon. He presented the matter to the author and he came up with the permissibility of rebuilding and how to do so.
