Notes	This book was given by the beloved (?) Abu Al-Barr (?), the servant of the poor at Al-Azhar Mosque, Ahmed Al-Damanhouri (?) to Sultan Mustafa bin Sultan Ahmed (?) Khan. The book contains a seal that may have belonged to the aforementioned Sultan Mustafa, and it also contains the seal of the library of the invader Khosrow Bey. It was reported from someone who wrote with a pen at the top of some pages that the book was in the Damanhouri treasury in Al-Azhar. The letters were all copied on the afternoon of Thursday, the first month of Dhu al-Hijjah in the year 1007, in the handwriting of Jaber bin Muhammad bin Daoud Fayran in the city of Sana’a, drawn by Shihab al-Din Ahmad bin Yusuf al-Waez. The aforementioned donor may be: Ahmed bin Abdul Moneim bin Yusuf bin Siam Al-Damanhouri, who died in the year 1192 AH, 1778 AD.
