Praise be to God who created Adam as a father for mankind, and brought forth his offspring and made them into tribes and peoples... Know, brothers and sisters, that I looked and found the circle of misery and happiness revolving along the line of affairs and the center of the will, and between them there is scrutiny that indicates realization and a strait whose traveler lacks the gentleness of success.
