Notes This is a rare manuscript. We did not find anything in our sources that would lead us to other copies of it or to identify its author. The manuscript examines how to write letters and certificates, how to write an endowment, and conduct endowments in the smallest details, and how the supervisor of the endowment works, and the supervisor of the Two Holy Mosques (Al-Qudsi and Al-Khalili), the types of endowments, and the positions of the Sunni sects on that. It also discusses religious duties, marriage, divorce, wounds...etc. It appears from the wording and examples given that the author worked as a judge, and wrote down his various experiences regarding the rights and lawsuits he faced during his work. Date of copy mentioned on the paper: 261A.
Sample Text (And then this) is the book “Al-Ifadah fi Muḥammad al-Shahādāt”... by the earlier ones and from the acts of worship of some of the later ones. It begins with a clear indexing of what is in each of the chapters... the ongoing disagreement between the four imams, may God be pleased with them, and then mentions the related term in order to make it easier to deal with it on purpose... on an issue or an image so he can find it.
