He adds at the beginning of the manuscript that he spent a large part of his life in mastering the art, “and I read the famous abbreviations from it to my father, and I read most of the lengthy ones that came to my attention, and I was not satisfied with what the contemporary doctors were satisfied with, which is the fate by which they live and by which they approach kings. Indeed, its rules were fulfilled in a manner consistent with the principles of wisdom. Among the things I read to him was the summary of the law by Abu Al-Hasan Al-Qurashi, known as Ibn Al-Nafis, so I wanted to explain it in detail because of the problems in it. For students." Then he mentions what was the character of the era at that time, and its reliance on the writings of trustworthy people, and what they said “which is the end of intent,” and he adds, “So I wrote this book and explained its purposes and what was transmitted in it from the books relied upon, such as Al-Qanun, Al-Kamil, Al-Hawi, and the works of the sage Najib Al-Din Al-Samarqandi, and I called it Sol Al-Mawjaz because it solves problems and ambiguities.” He arranged it into four arts, as before. At the end of the manuscript, he gives some measurements for medicines, saying, “What is meant by a spoon among doctors in medicines is one mithqal, and four mithqals of honey and sugar.” . Finally, he apologizes to his reader for any complexity in the explanation. There are prescriptions at the end of the paper in Turkish. I found two manuscripts in the Tunisian University, Nos. 2864 and 3502, the first on (Halul Al-Mujaz) by Muhammad Al-Aqsarai, and the second (Al-Munjaz fi Sharh Al-Mujaz) by Mahmoud bin Ahmed bin Hassan bin Al-Amshati (810 AH - 902 AH).
