Notes	A valuable copy, with footnotes and corrections, at the end of which there is a reading entry by Zain al-Din Abd al-Rahman al-Amdi on the 12th of Ramadan 875 AH, and at the beginning there is a signature from it that appeared to me: (Al-Faqir Safi al-Din in the year 1064).
Sample Text	In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, the Book of Destiny. Abu Al-Walid Hisham bin Abdul Malik Shu’bah told us, he said, Sulaiman Al-A’mash told us, he said, I heard Zaid bin Wahb on the authority of Abdullah, he said, the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, told us, and he is the truthful and the trustworthy. He said: “The creation of one of you gathers in his mother’s womb for forty days, then he will be a cuddle like that, then he will be a lump of flesh like that, then God will send an angel and he will be commanded with four things: his provision, his term, wretched, or happy. By God, one of you may do the deeds of the people of Hell until there is between him and it but an arm or two, then what is written overtakes him and he does the deeds of the people of Paradise and enters it.
