Abu Al-Fadl Muhammad bin Binman bin Yusuf bin Abi Bakr... while I was given permission to narrate from him (I) Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Abi Nasr Futuh bin Abdullah Al-Hamidi Al-Hafiz, writing (I) Abu Muhammad Ali bin Ahmad bin Saeed Al-Faqih in Al-Andalus... (I) Baqi bin Mukhlid named whomever he mentioned in his Musnad from among the companions of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Abu Muhammad said, “Then we, the owners of thousands of them, arranged it.”

569هـ/1173م؛ سلخ شوال؛ جاء نص السماع ملخصا: "سمع الكتاب كله على الشيخ أبي الفضل محمد بن بنمان بن يوسف المؤدب بإجازته عن أبي عبد الله محمد بن أبي نصر الحميدي بقراءة محيي الدين معمر بن سلام تلاه أبو بكر محمد بن الإمام أبي العلاء الحسن بن أحمد بن الحسن بن أحمد بن محمد العطار الجماعة أبو جعفر محمد بن أبي عبد الله بن أبي زيد الجوهري وابنه أبو عبد الله أحمد وشهاب الدين أبو شجاع... الفرج بن العباس و... و... عمر بن الحسين بن علي بن الحسين بن علي الوشاء والخط له وصح لهم ذلك في سلخ شوال من سنة تسع وستين وخمسمائة".
