Its papers are in mixed order, starting from the letter Ain, paper No. 321, even though the introduction is paper No. 329, during which there is also an error in the arrangement of the papers. It is annotated, the titles are in red, and sometimes it is not lexicalised. The treatise is composed of three treatises on individual, laxative and cardiac medicines, and at the end of it is one sheet on which is written a treatise on the anatomy of the eye by Najib al-Samarqandi, and other sheets on which many benefits are written.
