Al-Marginani wrote the book “Prevention of the Narration” and then explained it in the second edition of Sharia law in a book called “Explanation of Prediction.” This is a commentary and correction of the two books. The treatise was quoted from a copy in the author’s handwriting written in the year 928 AH. Its pages are bound in red. It contains many comments and explanations, and pages 1-10 were replaced and reproduced later. The first one we call jurisprudential in Turkish.

As for what follows, it is not known to those with insight that the summary labeled “Al-Waqiya,” despite its small size and short pronunciation, is a book that contains the choice of every seeker and useful person... except that it contains a number of places of oversight and mistakes and sources of confusion and defects... Then his explanation attributed to Al-Nahrir, who is famous for the foundation of Sharia law... despite it containing corrupt distinctions and unfounded objections, is not devoid of shortcomings in providing evidence.
