A precious copy. The book is a great interpretation, which the author summarized in an interpretation he called Al-Talkhish or Al-Talkhish fi Tafsir Al-Qur’an Al-Mighty. Not printed. The author is a scholar of interpretation from the Shafi’i jurists, and was born in Mosul in the year 590 AH/1194 AD. He was visited by the king, and enjoyed a high status among his contemporaries. Among his works: revealing facts, summarizing the interpretation of the Noble Qur’an, and attributing him to Kawasha Qalaa on Mosul. He lost his sight after he turned seventy.
