As for what follows: Since composing the scattered fatwas is one of the most beneficial of all subjects and compiling publications of calamities is one of the most important tasks, this was done by the problem solver who is able to revise and clarify the ambiguous things... Then I succeeded in writing the Sawad Jami` al-Rumuz in two and a half years.
