After the preamble: For the Creator of creation and humanity, and the One who has will and will, has distinguished kings and shepherds from their inferior subjects... Then He indicated to the poor, inactive and despicable one, with His noble gesture, interpreted as obedience... To make for him a small circle containing the circle of the earth, explaining what it included of length, width, elevation, and lowering.
