Praise be to God, who has opened the breasts of those who know by revealing secrets... And after, in the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, this word is the formation of every matter and the completion of every good. The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Every important matter that does not begin with the basmalah is amputated.” And Gabriel, peace be upon him, said, “Whoever calls upon your nation regarding matters but I will respond.”
