The manuscript does not have its title or the name of its author, and it is indexed in the old Hagia Sophia as being by Sheikh Zadeh, and in Sulaymaniyah also as being by Sheikh Zadeh al-Qujawi, and folio 720b of the first volume shows that it is indeed by al-Qujawi.
It begins with Surah Al-An'am, and at the beginning is an index of the surahs from Al-Fatihah to Yunus, with page numbers, the text is followed, the pages are framed in red, in the margins there are comments and corrections.

Praise be to God who enlightened the hearts of scholars with the lights of revelation and opened their chests to comprehend the secrets of interpretation... For the Great Qur’an and the Wise Criterion are revelations from the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful, to contemplate His verses and to remind everyone who has a sound mind.
