A copy copied from the author’s copy, which he wrote with a plan in the month of Shaban 1060 AH. Its pages are tabulated in red, with some corrections in their footnotes, the last of which is a corresponding one. The message is about a mortgaged property that someone bought and parked.

And then the servant who seeks refuge in the Most High King, Hasan Al-Hanafi Al-Sharnabulali, says: A question was received about some of the heirs who bought a property that was mortgaged under their inheritor and endowed it, so what is the ruling on that?
