So whoever has no wisdom has no wisdom, and whoever has no knowledge has no knowledge, then the All-Knowing Ruler of God Almighty stands, and the All-Knowing One who knows God stands, so all-knowing rulers are illiterate, and all-knowing wise men are Seer.
