Notes Manuscript written by the author; He left a margin (4.5 cm) wide in which he explained Tashil al-Fawa'id and Takmil al-Maqasid, which was written by Jamal al-Din Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Malik al-Tai (672 AH). He mentions in the book’s sermon that he found in the city of Kabnaya in India an unknown book, “Tasheel Al-Fara’id,” which no one knew and no one had seen and looked at. So he wanted to explain it and earn money by doing so. He says: “I took with me on the trip one copy of it that I took as capital for consideration, and it was with interest on my return.” Some students ask him to explain it, and he does, relying on Ibn al-Qasim’s explanation. Some students explain it, so he does, relying on Ibn al-Qasim’s explanation for some time. Then he presents it to Sultan Abi al-Fadl Ahmad Shah Ibn Muhammad. Shah bin Muzaffar Shah, and explains the reason: “It pleased me to plead with this to its honorable gates, and to gain entry under it.
