The author was born in the year 1047 AH/1637 AD in India and was a resident of the town of Amity. He died in Delhi and was buried in his country. He is a jurist, interpreter, and knowledgeable of the noble Prophetic hadith. Among his works are: Nour Al-Anwar, Sharh Al-Mafar of Negation, Ashraf Al-Basar in the Graduation of Nour Al-Anwar’s Hadiths and others.
