Notes Starting from folio 402 - 600 BC. - Izz al-Din Ibn al-Atheer (d. 630 AH) summarized “Al-Ansab.” He added things to it and made up for what he had missed. He called it “Al-Lubab fi Tahdheeb Al-Ansab,” and it is in three volumes. Then Al-Suyuti (d. 911 AH) summarized it, stripped it of the members, added things to it, and called it “Lub al-Lubab fi Tahrir al-Ansab” in a volume. He stabbed. Judge Qutb al-Din al-Haidhari al-Shafi’i (d. 894 AH) summarized it and added to it what Ibn al-Atheer, al-Rashati and others had of additions, and he called it “acquisition.” See: (Kashf al-Zunun, 1: 179). The book “Genealogies” is originally about eight volumes.
