The author said in the preamble of the book, after praising the book Al-Qanun, that someone summarized the book Al-Qanun by Ibn Sina and called it Al-Maknun in Investigations of Law, then Fakhr al-Din Al-Khujandi summarized this hidden material and called it Taqnih Ghalal Al-Maknun from Investigations of Law, then he shortened it again and called it Al-Talwih to Asrar al-Tanqih. I saw, despite its small size, that it contained issues that were not found in other abbreviations or even in most of the sayings, so I explained it comprehensively by clarifying some of its problems and called it a statement.
